Terms of Service

Definition

This online service is owned and operated by OneStep MDA Ltd Liab Co defined as 'we' and/or ‘us’. The user of the provided service will be referred as ‘you’ and/or ‘the user’.

 ‘Our service’ and/or ‘the service’ and/or ‘service’ is defined as any activity undertaken by us: to provide the user with access to information and suggestions related to financial products within the UK market and to provide a financial intermediary service between people seeking a financial product and a company providing the financial service.

By using any part of our 'service’ you are deemed to be in agreement with our 'Terms of Service' and our ‘Privacy Statement’ in its entirety.

 

Use of our service

You understand and agree that our ‘service’ may include electronic communications, such as ‘announcements’, ‘administrative communication’, ‘Newsletters’ and any other type of electronic communication we deem necessary to provide our ‘service’.

You understand and agree that our ‘service’ may include editorial material, advertisements and communications from advertising third party companies.

The publication of these adverts does not constitute our endorsement of the advertiser’s company, goods or services. We cannot be held responsible for the accuracy of any third party advertiser’s content or communication.

When using our 'service', you represent and warrant that you are 18 years of age or above, are currently residing in the United Kingdom and that any of the information or data that you submit is true and accurate.

You may not use the ‘service’ to:
  • Electronically transmit content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, tortuous, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libellous, hateful, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable.
  • Impersonate any person.
  • Misrepresent yourself including but not limited to: providing false, misleading or inaccurate information.
  • Transmit software viruses or any other computer codes, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software, hardware or telecommunications equipment.
  • Damage the ‘service’ including but not limited to: to disrupt, disable, slow down, modify or transform the normal activity of the ‘service’.

 

Copyrights

Our ‘service’ is under copyright including but not limited to: content, graphics, pictures, layout, html code, script, templates and Meta tags.  We retain all copyrights. The use of the ‘service’ does not constitute the transfer of intellectual and other property rights.

No part of our ‘service’ can be reproduced on any media without our written authorisation.

 

Liability limitation

We provide our ‘service’ “as-is”, “with all faults” and “as available.”

We do not guarantee that our ‘service’ is free from computer viruses or any other malicious software code. You are responsible to ensure that you are protected from software viruses and any other malicious software code.

This site may contain technical inaccuracies, technical errors and typo errors. Our ‘service’ may not be compatible with your browser or computer. We cannot be held liable for any technical difficulties caused directly, indirectly or consequentially by the use of our ‘service’, including but without limitation: loss of data, loss of service and loss of revenue.

We shall not be responsible for unauthorised access to or modification of your data and material sent or received using this site and its functionality.

Some products may be available at a lower or higher cost/rate than quoted on our ‘service’ and whilst we take reasonable care to ensure that the information is accurate and up to date, we cannot be held responsible for any omissions or errors in the information published, nor be held liable for any losses incurred as a result of you using this information.

Any comparative information on financial products provided by our ‘service’ may not include all products that are available on the market and some products listed may not be available to you, either due to having been withdrawn or your profile not matching the financial provider’s criteria.

 

Financial Intermediary Services

We are licensed under the Consumer Credit Act 1974 to act as a Financial Intermediary under the name Daniel Potuznik CCL 570536

We bring together a party seeking a financial service with a party providing the financial service. Using the information provided by the seeking party we match it with a company providing the required service. We facilitate the establishing of the relationship.

We act between parties. We are available to each party to facilitate the completion of an agreement of the financial service.

We undertake preparatory work to help the completion of a contract for the provision of the financial services. This will include the transmission of information available from the party seeking a financial service to the party providing the financial service.

Whilst every attempt is made to match your enquiry with the appropriate financial company, no liability can be accepted for any inaccuracies or any loss incurred as a result of your enquiry being forwarded to a financial company.

Misuse of the ‘service’
Any misuse of the ‘service’ or disruption of the ‘service’ may give rise to legal redress and we reserve the right to seek damages from such a perpetrator.

 

No resale of our ‘service’

You agree not to sell on any part of our service or to exploit our service for any commercial purpose and/or personal gain.

 

Change of the ‘service’

We reserve the right to change the service, to delete or modify functionalities at any time and for any reason. The change of the 'service' may be without cause and/or without notice.

Termination of the ‘service’

We reserve the right to terminate, cancel and/or modify your use of the ‘service’ at any time, for any reason and without prior notice.

Breach of our ‘Terms of Service’ may give rise to legal redress and we reserve the right to seek damages from such a perpetrator. Our terms of service do not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions.

These terms of service are governed by English Law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdictions of the English Courts to which each party submits.
